Tracey did a great job and I would highly recommend her to anyone. If I had a question about anything she was right there.

Tracey was the all-around perfect realtor. Thanks to her, my wife and I have purchased our dream home! As we were narrowing down our options of homes we wanted to tour, we realized the house we were most excited about seeing was already under contract, pending attorney approval and we were very disappointed. Lucky for us, Tracey managed to get us in the house for a tour anyways and we were able to submit a competing offer and secure *our house*. Tracey's industry knowledge and communication skills transformed what could have been an overwhelming, nerve-wracking experience into a manageable process that even two very anxious people were able to navigate. Throughout the home-buying process, Tracey was readily available with quick responses to any and all questions we had. Have bought or sold 4 houses in the past year across 3 states, with 4 different realtors . Tracey by far was the most knowledgeable of her market, the most communicative, the hardest working, and added the most value to her clients, always going way above the call of duty to ensure a fast and easy transaction.

Tracey has been absolutely amazing. My words genuinely can not do justice to just how great she was. From accommodating my crazy work schedule, to the compassion and understanding of my wife and I navigating this process for the first time, to making my kids feel comfortable even in strange situations (including some guy jobs I made her show me). I don't know how I would've managed the home buying process without her, especially the end where it seemed like it was all falling apart at the last minute, she held both myself and the deal together and now my family has our first home. Our house was on the market with a different realtor for over 200 days! Tracey sent us a beautiful hand written card expressing she could help us. We met with her and loved her!! Tracey was amazing to work with. After our parents passed, We had to sell our family home. It was the home we all grew up in. It was very emotional and stressful. We interviewed several agents. Tracey's kindness and understanding of the situation was genuine. We never felt pressure. She guided us throgh the entire process and was in contact with all of us. Five kids in 3 different states! She helped with setting up an estate sale and got us in contact with all the right people when needed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and hard working. Most of all she is kind.

We met with a realtor to sell our investment property. We were given a price they felt our house was worth. We also interviewed Tracey her price to market our house was significantly higher. We were shown how she came up with price and how our house would be marketed. Tracey sold our house in under a week for $40,000.00 more than we were originally told the house was worth. Our transaction was smooth and fast. Tracey kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions.
